hi.

tried to uninstall and install but still have this error.

i used 3.5 rev 1.3...my hti is already updated.

this mxbox works fine to my other personal pc.

what is this error?

driver problem
reconnect box then intall driver from c/mobile ex/3.5/data/driver
install two driver one after another.

i have faced this, check the box is firmly connected with cable, then check conect then reconnect the box with the computer,if not change the usb cable, hope will be solved.

the cable that i used here is the cable works to my other pc.

is it possible a conflict with my other box drivers?..because i have 5 boxes and dongles installed with this main pc.

same problem i also getting so i stopped using mxbox ..........

- plug the box, install 3.5rev.1.3 with all drivers option ticked.
pay attention on driver removal, answer: NO, rest of them: YES.

- open HTIUpdate.exe inside C:\mobileEx\3.5.

- Do not plug HTI into computer, press "Update HTI"

- Plug HTI into usb cable IMMEDIATELY

- Just wait until it done.

on OK device manager should be appearing like bellow

Dont Work in Windows XP SP3 ... Just in SP2 (Tested)
