I flash with latest ver.10.65 .when i power on handset after 15 sec display autometicly white.

Problem was When browser open display white.

post your logs or screen short

flash it again from some kind of another tool with usb if still same then remove camera and then check again urs problem will be solved

check phone hW, most case: bad flash chip. re-heat, re-ball. else, change.
