N70 start-up failed


What is the problem if the
SIM_IO_CTRL_LOOP show Failed! and all othere field show Passed
when i do Test Self in my N70
and he show in screen "Phone start-up failed. contact the retailler"

If the defective crystal, oscillator in the RETU may not function properly, so I suggest to change RETU+Crystal
