Did you tick on sim lock rpl option?
If not,check then post here result.

bro select init sim lock and tick on make rpl backup and click on update splock,ur phone will become ok.

N73 can be repaired with mxkey....
go here...

Service -> Imei & Security -> Simlock and press update simlock...and you will get unlocked phone...
