i have n8 rm-596 dead while his owner browse internet
i try to flash via mx and mt 100% done but phone not responding
that's new phone just 4 day's use any body have solution for this
plz help

I have a customer who was browsing the internet on her N8 as well and phone went dead. I tried flashing it with MXKEY but I am getting the following error:

Please can someone help me to flash this phone. I am wondering if this could be the problem. I have downloaded version 11.012.xxx to flash it but the secondary boot version is saying 10.22.0? Please I need to know how to do this correctly.

the best way to get the version is ......first select the correct RM then do bus check.....after that click on download which will be on the right side of selecting product code....you will automatically get the latest files which would support your device and flash your cell phone with that..........i hope ur problem will be resolved brother.......

selection of correct flash files is important to revive your dead handset so pls follow the instructions and post back if you have any issues again

When I try to do bus check I keep getting this error:-

bro all time flash with latest version here latest version

I have download and installed Phoenix_Service_Software_2009_4_12_37934 but the problem now is how to use it to flash the phone. Can anyone her give me a crash course on how to use it to flash phones? Particularly the N8 ?

hi,
- please try to set flash loader manually from 'config' menu.
- untick 'auto select..'.
- please use '10...' version

hi,
i think you don't get what i said. it's flash loader version. 10.32.000.1.
and about phone firmware update file, you can use 'image DL' button on your mxkey,
right after selecting phone and market.

how to change flash loader, image taken from older mxkey version, ignore the version.

- dead usb flashing: dont mark 'safe flash'
- usb buscheck : flashes should be loaded.
