have u backup rpl and pm if have then write rpl backup and chek
if not then use higher version and rewrite backup rpl or recover cert

i have bakup rpl and pm, i try restore rpl but result is same and use mxkey to recovert cert but databse not found

Select flash file for Ini .Phone blinking can downgrade and solve problem by HWK , without use lastest firmware .
If before flashing phone usually , after Fl phone blinking ... please downgrade to RM-313_30.0.019 If can't solve, use Eno flash to phone . Tested solved N82 binking after flash lastest firmware .
