N82 Contact the retailer after trying to unlock.. - GSM-Forum

hi mates

got a problem with this one. Tried to unlock and now its Contact Retailer.

Tried to SD auth but am getting...

Bad phones ack, probably SUPERDONGLE_KEY corrupted !
Wrong response to SD verify request

Tried also Super SD auth and got this....

ROOT KEY HASH: CAEEBB65D3C48E6DC73B49DC5063A2EE
ROM ID: A8C1D6713E691FF8

Restarting phone ...

Authenticating to SUPERDONGLE using security server ...
Bad phones ack on step1, probably SUPERDONGLE_KEY corrupted !
Wrong response to SD verify request

So cannot write the PM.

Any help on this pls?

Please delete this thread.

Problem has been SOLVED.

Just rewrote the sim lock backup and unlocked once again.
