N95 8Gb RM-421 not powering on, just keypad lights!

I have one N95 8Gb RM-421, I tried to flash it with RM-320 software. After that the phone didn't want to power on and I make erase, then reflash it with RM-421 software again, write back the full RPL backup, SD repair, SD authorization and now when I press scan everything is OK,bit when I try to power on the phone just the keypad lights up and phone won't power on.
any advice?
thanx in advance!
