N97, Memory of 32gb damaged by mxkey? - GSM-Forum

Hi people, I receiven 1 N97, problem was restart. So I flashed it, also tried to format all disk drives I see on mxkey by format option. Now client come back saying "Where is the memory"..... I wanna know, its possible to dameged it via sw or not? Just for give correct answer to client, and, if necessary, give warranty. TIA

what do you want to say? disk is damaged or erased?

if damaged then try to formate it again if no success then can try jaf...

Disk is damaged (32GB!!!!!). I will try. BTW, What can I try with jaf?

1. User Fault can t be blamed to hardware, and You said phone was restarting so how are you blaming mxkey for a faulty phone?
