first of all make sure your cdma tool is signed, from mx-key first page and click sign, app will restart,

launch cdma service tool, if your card is activated for cdma it should open, or contact your reseller, connect phone to cable and it will go into test mode or local mode, you can read current code or make full reset

why is not free about cdma nokia ..........

cdma requires extra activation, its not a free addon

for nokia cdma (odm foxconn), use CCS module which is free and stand alone no need any activation.
