Need HASH to calculate SL3 phones - GSM-Forum

I need to read phone information (HASH) without internet conection, because I live in a country that is very dificult to access internet, I have MXKEY SL3 activated, but it is very hard to conect to internet, free tools that use in new version to calculated SL3 are ready to use, but I can not read HASH phone information.

How to read hash from SL3 without internet using mxkey?? and then calculate SL3 using OlcHashcat-lite v0.03 by atom
