mx sim problem

hi..i just want to ask what is the best solution on this problem...2 months ago i bought aio gevey sim from our local reseller..i just open notice if you open the gevey sim and you where not able to use at the time you open it on the next day that you try it its not working anymore....i have just notice that its like a camera film that if you expose it you can't use it anymore....now just a while aga same thing with the mx sim....the new storage of mxsim 5 mx sim on just one sealed plastic...so my problem now is every time i need a mx sim the other 4 piesces that is included on the plastic my already be unusable once i open it....i need an adviced so plz help me with this matter....now if also cant tell what is happening to mx sim...pls one mx sim on each plastic sealed only not 5 pcs on just a single plastic sealed......

Each MX-SIM have own serial number. This can be read with our software.

Read all serials, make a firmware update and post in in this thread your MX-SIM serials.

This way I can check if your MX-SIM are update in server or not.

i tried to update it...but when i connect it the message always no card found i tried all of the the 4 remaining mx sim same message i get...when i plug it in on iphone 4s even the accept and cancel message doesnt show up.......i was just able to use one piece of the mx sim on the set of 5...all the others doesnt work anymore....all of this doesnt work anymore a day after i open and use just one....need a solution on this please help..i'm afraid to open another set because it might happen again...i think the manufacturer should put one mx sim each plastic not 5

You uploaded a picture, I can not see this from China internet and
I do not have my VPN on this new PC.

And you do not write here anything about what reader you use and
if this reader is installed correctly the drivers.

Sorry, but I can not teach you how to install correctly this drivers,
I can only tell you how to check.

The most easy way to check if your reader have installed correctly is to
take one operator SIM CARD and read with MX-SIM software.

If this operation can not work, you can not read settings, then is mean
you got a problem on your dongle drivers or your dongle malfunction.

i use the reader that i used when i use the only mx sim that work it only means that there is no problem with the computer or reader i guess the problem is with the mx sim because i where able to use it once ....now i open another set....like the 4 that doesnt work....another 5pcs doesnt work again........i need to return this....i think this are diffective mx sim.........only 1 work for the first 2 set that i bought the other 9 pcs doesnt work...

What software version you are using for make this ?
Hope you use latest one 1.2

Because I can not see any update you did for this serial A0000640 in our servers,
that is a problem from your side, MX-SIM are tested before sent out.

So, me and you need to find the real problem, what is not MX-SIM hardware malfunction,
what you think it is.
