i buy new mxkey dongle and successfully register and install in window 7 32 bit but smart card driver has a problem and also why it won't find any interface, i try UFS3 and Jaf version 1.B1. and also USB serial port driver won't found. how i'm going to fix this???????? pls need help on this. thanks!

use xp and try again very best

hi,
repeat install by using latest setup 3.4 rev2.1
all needed driver are placed inside C:\mobileEx\3.4\data\drivers
if your dongle still not detected, try to give them driver manually.

on further error, please post screen shot of your device manager.

product support my problem is always No connection with the interface, it won't detect UFS or JAF as an interface. I think the problem is USB serial port coz always not found when i try to install.

pls need usb serial port driver. Thanks!

first open device manager
check all drive is ok

then see this video your problem slove
