Need help to install mxkey with jaf interface - GSM-Forum

Dear supporter i did bought yesterday new MXkey and installed it with latest setup 3.3 ver 1.4 angisterted it aupdate its firmware . In the meantime my jaf box is connected with my PC and working with my pkey emulator ver 3 very well. Know i closed my emulator and open new software of mxkey but in CONNECTION TAB it shows NO CONNECTION andll when i try to clik CONNECT button , it always shows

Using device: NO CONNECTION
NO CONNECTION ready.

Plz anybody guide me how to instal MX key with jaf interface and what driver is require for this purpose . I will be realy gratefull is any respected member from support team will guide me step by step.

Waiting for kind reply.

dont worry here is what you simply do.inside that window written NO CONNECTION just click on that NO CONNECTION message and a drop down window will come out with all the connected interfaces on your computer.i had the same problem the first time i used mx-key.

br i have tried alot to clicking NO CONNECTION TAB but it always shows NO CONNECTION as i have mentioned . I understand it some kind os jaf driver problem but one thing which is strange that the same jaf interface works with pkey emulator ver3.00 without touching any driver means on same previous driver. Anyway thanks for your reply and know i am awaiting for some other WORKING SOLUTION .

are you clicking INSIDE THE BOX WITH NO CONNECTION OR you are clicking the connect button.do NOT CLICK the connect button first.click inside the box written NO CONNECTION.you will see exactly what iam telling you.just follow this.

OH my *** u r right. I was pressing totaly wrong swith. Thanks alot for your kind and quick replies , believe me i am realy gratefull u.
