need major help from mx key team (ANSWERED) - GSM-Forum

hi sir
i need some help form MX KEY TEAM

i m using my PC windows xp pack-3 and now days mx key is not working at all after opening the SW its does not response any more the mx key software hang and i cant connect the any box with it and module i can open it , i try with SW 3.4/ 1.7 and delete that then i try with 1.8 that's also does not work and then i install 1.9 and its also giving me same thing all the time after SW open its does not allow me to do anything i try on other PC and then one more PC and then one more PC i don't know why MX KEY SW is not allowing me to used ,if please mx key can tell me so i follow them to used this SW 3.4 / 1.9

disable your antivirus and try if work then put mx key in trusted application list on antivirus......

yah brother disable ur antivirus same problm wid me its solved after disable antivirus

well thanks all my sweet friends
i done what u both says and its still allow me to signin and when i connect the jaf box with it ,its also done but when i try to open the nokia module that time again its stuck ,so if any other thing knows please let me help

Reinstall your OS. the problem may be solved.

hi,
what do you mean with stucked?
it's stopped on "Please Wait..." or else?
on firstly running nk module, you have to wait until it parsing all your product folder.

I have the same problem, after trying to activate Nokia module this is the situation with the box, like i didn't try at all... Can anyone from MxKey support help...
