ppm and pmm are two different things.

- if you're looking for pm that intended to be used on sx4 auth, just use load rf-bb from server feature.
- if you need ppm for certain phone, press 'Image DL' on mobileEx

what is the phone condition exactly?
not all blank pmm file can fix 'phone doesn't up start' case.
Substitude of this blank PMM file can be replaced by using "BB5 RAP3 Nand Erase.." feature.
BB5 > Quick Fix

- you can erase any bb5 from get addr erase feature [with caution]

rana g .. pmm file also use to fix the blank (white)screen problem of BB5 phones...
