u can repair if ur pm back up good,

1. again back up rpl

2. do full erase

3. write pm

4. write rpl

5. repair SD

6. write pm 1,309 with super sd auth

ur set now ok

have any trouble contact me with yahoo or sonork

Bro. Think before Posting, this Phone C5-00 RM-645 is Rapuyama Based SL3 Phone, Repairing Simlock Data Corrupted not possible with any Tool.

Bro. Restore Backup RPL or else have to Purchase Factory RPL is only option, doesn't matter IMEI is OK or not.

Yes Bro. If you have Full PM Backup of Phone can solve it. If present there then just Load PM & Click Write or can do as @Chami Dongle said.
