This fault is from server side i'm facing same problem too.

Hope will be fixed soon

use manual calculation of rpl..

go to imei service\logger\put the check in manual\write your original imei and asic then tick request rpl..

I can't upload to forum, because always give me, "upload failed"

no the server is ok..ithe problem is the bugs of mxkey new version..but in that way im sure you can fix your phone..use jaf for writing rpl
