Just mild reheat, don't ever shake because its double ic, you may turn to replant if vga scrambled. Flash it again and pls. update us result.

Replace flash man.
It`s dead. If you have full backup RPL you can take it from the 5130 or similar then full erase and flash with restore IMEI with your RPL. It worked for me.
