i dont know....until have new version mxkey dan use my ufs to interface .......

please repair this.........

-instal
-empty file n remove driver.....regedit n device manager.....

just uninstall ufs suite & reinstall

ufs still work but any tab empty(hollow),but can clik/use......

open samsung or other fine but open dcxbb5 this problem show.....

No doubt this problem occur for mxkey update 2.1
If you Uninstall ufs setup & reinstall then ok.
But when you again use mxkey then showing this problem again.

YES THIS THIS IS THE PROBLEM DUE TO MX-KEY NEW SETUP
FOR THE PAST 3-4 DAYS I ALSO FACE THIS PROBLEM

JUST UNINSTALL UFS SUITE AND INSTALL IT AGAIN.

PROBLEM WILL BE SOLVED TEMPERORILY

BUT WHEN U AGAIN CONNECT MX-KEY WITH UFS IT WILL AGAIN GIVE ERROR

but i'm confuse,i was uninstal,remove driver ufs(device manager),empty regedit ufs sarassoft,and instal again....and i'm not use mxkey....i'm open soon dctxbb5...still show error....and if open other ,like samsung ,sdbx..not show this error.

hi,
yes this is driver crash, and nothing more.
error already found on 1st day after 3.4 rev2.1 release

since the coder and me are not using ufs suite anymore, so we didn't check it.
(we just use the box, not the software)

we are really sorry for this.

will be solved on next release.

We have located the cause of this problem.
It's not about the drivers on installation.
it's about registry that created by product folder setting on MXKEY.
UFS doesn't accept our new method.
So as a 'junior', we will revert to use old way on this.

Your Quick Fix:
run registry editor:
HKLM > Software > Nokia Mobile Phones > Tss Shared > Common;
- delete "REG_BIN" inside "InstPath"
- edit "InstPath" permission on 'Users' : deny ALL.

no need to un install or re install anything.
