no security dongle detect - GSM-Forum

I pay new dongle and i install it but when i run soft 3.4 i found no security dongle detect. How can i do? Please urgently

plug the dangle out then back in, and restart software, that should fix the broblem, if you ticked all the options when installing the software.

problem with drivers or change u r smart card reader.

I was also facing this problem
but my card reader was not working
so i change reader now working good
