My card is dead but my box is working, this is my second card that doesn`t work, whats goin on:

I update the box succsesfull but the card is not working.

uninstall with revo uninstaller, restart the pc, then install it again, and restart, then try again, if not , it means your box is dead, if you have the serial, ask if it was those box with chip damage.
