No Security Dongle detected - GSM-Forum

3.2 rev 5.x didn't detected dongle but mobileEx_setup_v3.2_rev5 is working fine this dongle why wrong with mine dongle?????

U have a pkey.. try to change card holders

remove old card egate drivers& install new driver from x/mobileEX/3.2/DATA/DRIVERS

change your pkey reader

install this driver and then check again
C:\mobileEx\3.2\data\drivers\card\FT2K

hi bro
try this
open Device Manager
1, Uninstall your smart card reders , USB FT SCR2000 H....
2, Scan for hardware change
3, now new hardware found ,
4, click -> Advance install ,
5, click -> next ,
6, click -> Don't search, I will.... ,
7, click -> next ,
8, click -> have disk
9, click -> Browse
10, go to -> C:\mobileEx\3.2\data\drivers\card\FT2K
11, open ftk2 ,
12, click -> ok
13, click -> Next , ask Overwrte the newer file? click ->Yes
Now open mobileEX3.2
it will ok
