it keep asking for sign app, after restart No Security Dongle detected

again!!!

This is common seems problem with mx key software not acting smart some times.before running mx key software.connect your dongle in any port it should detect if not might be drivers already started the service just check inside hardware---device manager----smart card/reader if u can see this uninstall and make scan for hardware changes again it should detect the hardware like new hardware found and it will install the drivers and hardware ready to use after that open mx key software see whether you can see the dongle detected or not.

Note;if you dont see any smart card reader inside hardware device manager even after plugging that means some thing problem with dongle itself

so you can sign application smoothly, and after restart (for verification purpose) the dongle is not detected. is it like that?
