No Security Dongle detected MEXKY PROBLEM
PLEZ HELPPPPPPPPPP

Go to device manager

smart card drivers

on smart card holder reinstall or update drivers

choose to install manualy the drivers

have a disk

then choose the drivers from this directory:

C:\mobileEx\3.4\data\drivers\card\FT2K

and choose the driver shown and then over ride the old drivers

then should ask you to confirm and it will install both for holder and card device.

restart and try again , you need to explain exactly what is happnening annd post screen shots, was it working before what did you do etc...

without these details we can t help you.

Check your anti virus , if needed try to disable it and check as well.
