No Security Dongle detected problem ! ## - GSM-Forum

have installed mxbox Hti drivers updated hti firmware but when i run the soft it shows that no security dongle detected !! tried all the tricks remove SMI dongle from hti box and replace it a ten times but allways soft give this message as shown bellow :

click HTI update, if donot work remove all smartcards inkl. HTI and restart the application again.

friends that the problem is not installed the drivers everything is solved SCard installing these drivers

try to reinstall it on the host, what your users timber box.

smart card could not be egate. make sure you only plug HTI + smart card inside.

your computer smart card device if you plug HTI only, should be seen as mine.
will be appeared as "generic smart card" or "jcop something"

-there is no smart card reader connected to pc !
-only Hti with Dongle security card inside !

this happened to me a few times and i only have hti as a smartcard. it happened after uninstalling and then installing mx. i tried every solution now and only got over it by installing on another computer
