no security dongle detected problem, please help (ANSWERED) - GSM-Forum

Hi, ive been trying to use my mx-key dongle today after update but it wont work. always keeps showing no security dongle detected.

i have uninstalled the software and drivers and reinstalled them again. i have also changed smart card reader and cleaned smart card but still problem. also changed usb ports and pc and still same problem.

please can you product manager help explain further. the serial is 900061E6

hi,

- test it on different computer, if you're sure that the card is malfunction, send it back to reseller.

I have the same problem, in 32bit the dongle works fine, but in 64bit the soft doesnt detect the dongle....

Drivers are installed correctly...

go, option -> Genaral settings -> connections-> sc Access-> make it 'shared'

then restart Application...

i was faced by this problem,,change mxkey...back to resseler,,now new one is ok,
probally this is card fault,,open mxkey and clean card ,all pin out of sim jacket
will be solve yr problem,

go, option -> Genaral settings -> connections-> sc Access-> make it 'shared'
