No security Dongle win 7 32bits - GSM-Forum

Hello friends!
Could you help me with the installation of HTI Plus Orange. I use Windows 7 32 bit, even installing the drivers manually by drivers folder / hti, the message in the security dongle, see the prints and the device manager.

Try to update first your HTI box.

- Do not plug hti to pc
- Install 3.5rev2.1
- Open mobileex.exe, ignore no dongle detection
- Press update HTI, plug HTI to usb immediately.
- Proceed with driver installation after update FW is done.

Friend, unfortunately this is not working, I tried the 2 options and still does not detect the dongle hti plus ... this is new, since cleaned the card .. see the prints

Thanks friends, was a conflict of drivers, formatted my computer and got everything right.

I appreciate everyone's help.
