mate I think it's a hardware problem but before that make full flashing with fbus.

means backup all certificates (imei,simlock rpl) if possiable full pm then full erase the set & flash the phone with latest version.after that restore certificates make pmm auth & write pm 1,309 . then check with sim card.

but problem remain same.

most case is nor flash that upper on rap chip (package on package) has got bad contact.
reheat, reball.
