when set is brought to u if it was dead before so it is 100% hardware wash the board and give heat to flashing ic

if it has been dead by ur flashing then try to use lateast version and cheak with mxkey hwk jaf tools

for the 1st step flash the phone using usb ... if stil same you can rehot the flash chip

Bro try to flash on usb cable both re tool MX key or jaf using phoenix latest verion 7.96 it ll be ok just flash problem not try hardware just flash it
