Question Nokia 5130 restarting problem (ANSWERED)


Nokia 5130 is restarting continuosly even after flashing succesful

Dear in 5130 where r u get flex and ribbons

I think u must try to remove the camera firt then u see now its ok or not good luck...............

so many weird suggestion.


most case: half dead or bad soldered stacked flash chip.
re heat / reflow / reball, else change the flash.

sir one doubt,
If there is a fault in flash chip why don't the scan logs do not show any errors?

all are perfect according to scan results. but the mobile is still hang and you suggest that the problem is flash chip.

hi,
if after all possible tries problem still remain: full erase, reflash restore, etc..
this indicates half dead chip / broken bga balls on flash chip.

believe me, that is the fact from daily experience
