HI BR.A week ago i have one 5130 and it's PROBLEM is contact service I don't order RPL.I have done erase with BEST, written latest flash files by UFS,then i have done SX4,and I write pm with UFS.Phone began work,and client dont come back.Try and write results.
DO ALL BACKUP AND ONLY THEN TRY THIS METOD.

anyone can write any thing but everyone can not do anything.

so if u still belive that u have testest solution of sl3 sl-data corrupted than plz at rightnow i hav six phone (5130 rm-495),all have same problem sl-data corrupted,and i also hav that tool what u said in ur thread can u make my any one phone in six via team-viewer.if yes then reply me.

what was the reason of contect service ?
it is clear here is all about SIMLOCK_DATA corrupted!

and you are about contect service would you like to give any single refrence from any forum member
about contect service solved with only rpl

before any sugetion try to understand
