yes buying RPL is good solution for that problem

Hi,
Tampered simlock on SL3 phones can only be fixed by it's original backup.
Way 1: How to restore FULL RPL backup* (in this case you have FULL RPL*)
Press "Restore IMEI" if you got this backup while the phone is in still good condition.
BB5 > Service > Imei & Security > IMEI Rebuild > Restore IMEI
This is an automated process, MXKEY will scan rpl files inside backup folder, will select and restore backup according to phone public ID.
You don't need to select it manually.

OR:
you can restore [MANUALLY] simlock ONLY from backup by selecting correct backup file from any format (.simlock, .rpl, .pm)
BB5 > Service > Imei & Security > SImlock > Restore SIMLOCK Backup > Restore SpLock

ps: This solution is unique and first in the world by MXKey, yes, we talkless about cosmetical features

*FULL: .rpl file that contain complete certificate and simlock.

Way 2:
If your backup file is incomplete, corrupted or you don't have it's backup;
