dear i have already rpl of this set and after pm auth i write rpl(security area 1-308) but after that when i try to update sim lock it show always error and log of error i posted above.

FULL BACKUP.FULL ERASE.FULL FLASH .FULL PM.WRITE BACKUP.SD REPAIR.PM AUTHN.WRITE PM1,309.UNLOCK.AFTER DO THIS SAME PROBLEM.?

No need RPL , First Bkup RPL , Erease phone , write Flash , write RPL , Repair Simlock
Repair SD Data and write good pm via Super SD Auth in the end full factory resat
