Sound like BSI line problem
When you measure you press on the conector and make contact
Open the phone, resolder/check carefully battery conector and bsi line

BB5 downgrade fix is not applicable for SL3 phones.

two possibilities:
- do rap3nand erase, still the same problem;
- flash ENO MCU

still same problem? check phone battery and BSI contact
