nokia 6680 "phone start-up failed"

i av nokia 6680 which writte "phone start-up failed.contact the retailer" i av tried to writte pm but no succes plz what can i solved this probleme here is the log

do not load any pm.
- tick load rfbb from server
- use any correct auth, click write right after authorization successful.

then press the power on/off to swtich on the 6600 phone.

Do not let go the three keys until you see the “formatting” screen displayed

Format using 3 + * + Dial (green) + Power is right solution!!!
