try hard reset..use only keypad trick Formatting
-Call,3,* and Power On..
-if No Luck reflash to Higher Version

and it is not "*+3+power on off button" but it is hold
*+3+green call button and power on phone.

already tried hand format not working.

full erase at ufs and then flash phone and after this write pm do uisettings and at end format phone with ufs or manual format .. try and post result
