HTI fw 00.17, cannot update. Fresh install win7 32bit

I read that it is a drivers problem. But I did a fresh install on a fresh win7 32bit
It is working fine on the cluster, just calculating final NCK that doesnt requiere any HTI update.

Code:

 OTP ID: 27E70606A00C4E530AB9624B040000F5
Boot ver: 00.07, Box SN: 000059A2
 FW version: 00.17
HTI Flasher Interface (WinUSB) ready.
Code:
HTI Serial: 000059A2
HTI Boot ver: 00.07
HTI FW ver: 00.17

Drives seems ok.. it is a fresh install, replaced drivers with original windows. now it is JCOP and HTI smart card reader.

No antivirus,
No firewall.

I got the

Code:
Waiting for HTI in boot mode ...
» Begin transaction ...
Initializing HTI ...
» End transaction (status: 3, Failed to read device info.)
Quote:
MXKEY not assigned, please insert activated dongle
everything else is working fine, I just pulled this hti from my SL3 cluster.

I can try doing the update on a WinXp pc that I have. Will it work? guess we will find out after I try
