Nokia asha 305 no network the self test shows this error please explain what is the problem

Phone Type: RM-766
SW version: V 05.92 26-10-12 RM-766 (c) Nokia

Phone having Hardware issue,

Refer Phone to Nokia Service Center for Warranty Claim.
