Red face Mxbox big problem

today i purchased a new mxbox.(without sim)
when i put my old sim from mxkey dongle in mxbox
it gave error (screenshot is attached)
when i again put sim in dongle
it works perfectly
i again installed new windows xp
installed all drivers
but still same problem
i think there is something wrong in mxbox
dear mxkey supporters please explain its reason and solution..

dear brother in new boxes card reader jack is third class open box u will see poor jack with poor soldring
resold sim jacket must little scratch jacket pin

i am not using any funny windows xp
i installed winxp only for testing box installation
the screen shot posted above is taken from windows seven
i am using original windows seven
and i have solved my problem by changing box from reseller
why do`nt you accept that most box have poor quality manufactured.
