Hi,
when i click flash or bus check , windows show "Hardware Id Missing"
i tried with other usb cable and usb port but same
also same problem with C1-01(xgold) , while flash done with HWK(click & check) , plz fix this bug

bro. connectivity cable drivers problem its very easy, open mxkey folder>data>drivers>nokia>nokia connectivity cable drivers.msi>run this windows installer package & do synchronize files if you have not done before, now buscheck & post log.

BB5 XGOLD(F3)???? my mxbox not show this!!!

any DCT4 or BB5 selection if mx detect loaded firmware is XGOLD based, it will use XGOLD routine.

@syed:
- remove battery, remove cable. put battery back, PRESS FLASH, insert USB cable, press pwr on if needed.

addition: install Nokia Suite

I had the same problem, you need install Nokia Ovi suite or Nokia Pc Suite. Phone will be install automatically.

My dear brother

im using Win7 32 bit at my lappy

but same problem when tried nokia c2 Rm- 704 to security code, flash "hardware ID missing " showig in corner of screen .

Tell me what to do ?

got the same issue and already installed ovi suite stil the same problem

tried every settings I know but still no luck

My Issue is resolve using HWK disregarding error message
