try to reflash ur phone into high sw. version more info pls. about ur phone so we can easyly find ways to fix ur phone post here reading or logs.

- flash with highet version available.
- if problem still there:
1. post flashing logs.
2. post self test logs.

flashed higher version with ATF, problem not solved by flashing. any other method to repair Contact service

i need solution i send unlock code with nokia bb5 tool usb and phone says contacta service how solution its error try flash and not solution please add solution for repair c2-02
