Nokia C3-00 ERROR: Could not verify communication !

Guys please help me solve this problem... my problem is i want to reset security code... but when i try to bus check this is the error i get...

ERROR: Could not verify communication !

Make sure USB cable, Battery and charger are removed from device.
Insert USB cable, Battery back to device(make sure to have fully charged battery).
Insert Charger or Press phone's power button(if flashing doesnt start automatically)

Try Flashing will make Phone appear in Test Mode,

Do Factory Reset.

Solved by flashing higher version......
