Hi mates am trying to unlock my Nokia c5 with mx-key by resetting full factory and user code. The result is successful according to mx-key display but the code is not unlocked

i just did yesterday without any problem for unlocking phonelock using usb.

try these steps:
1. select model
2. insert firmware
3. do buscheck
4. go to action tab, tick full factory & reset user code
5. click reset selected

these steps i did yesterday and worked for me, i hope u too bro

the rusult is ok but user code is still locked

it's only user code,not simlock

Solution is just reflashing .

if u read code and it shows 12345 already, then u have to turn on the phone and wait for 5 minutes to re-enter code, maybe it had been entered 5 times or more wrongly, so u have to wait... just do it before doing full flash, less risk taken...
