I have install mobile ex on new pc. and fire agent only showing around 20 phones

how to solve this

i have reinstall mobile ex and remove the folder but still same problem

please help

plz click on syncronyze files.

and everything need to work

When i do this it shows some files have failed do you know where to download the fix from

which version you have? when you update you need close the fire agent?
the new wersion is 3.5 (rev1.7) without bugs.
try reinstall to new version and drivers

after installation do sign aplication, syncronize files and update

i downloaded 1.7 but it wont open. so downloaded 1.5. it works but only half of the files synchronize. the rest say 'crc' failed

I have changed from products to caresuite but its the same thing. Also i do not get the dialog box that is shown above

ah,
i see now.
FiRe agent is use mobileex config. please check yours

- close fire, open mobileex. see config, set your own product folder
- close mobileex, open fire. should be done.

still the same issue that products path is exactly like in picutre expect mine is C: because my nokia folder is in C:

in fire agaent when i go to config then is two boxes

one says directory apth with is the nokia/phenix/products

the other says market/variant highlight what is this?
