It's 100% Hardware,

Search will find many Solution for White Display
Use Jumper Wire shorting Trick,
Replace Sync, Boot (or Both IC), if not then Retu IC. (Follow Schematic)

1) if set is calling, change both display drive ic
2) if set is not calling, use jumper

plz. post bus check log here

set is not calling but I am try 1st jumper trick set is still same condition
