seems like a hardware error - flash ic does not respond. in conclusion rehot or reball flash ic then check again!

base on my experienced replaced battery full first and do program and if its not work its pearl or gazoo just reheat or replaced!!! i hope i could help you!!!

Try to flash first with USB. Post the logs.
