Dear MX KEY TEAM I have a problem while opening new version,,Plz solve my problem,,,thanx

reinstall ur vesion and delete mx folder after save ur backup folder in another path ,install last version again and check first ur phoniex path is correct

Wat should be the phoenix path,,,

Is it,,,,C:\Program Files\Nokia\Phoenix

If Yes it is the same i have but still the same problem,,

I Don't KNow this problem comes only with new version with older version every thing is ok,,

for whom can't open nokia service tool ON REV 5.0
1. OPEN nokia service tool..
2. press CTRL+ALT+DEL
3. Goto tab PROCESS->Find Mobileex.exe-> Right click-> set priority-> HIGH.
3. CLICK YES.... and it's done

Still the same,,tool opening after 5 minutes,,i don't know where is fault,,
