not connecting to any interface - GSM-Forum

i am new to mxkey.if no other dongle is connected to computer mxkey is ok and i finished registration also. if jaf dongle is connected it shows no security dongle detected.if we click connect no interface is connected.it is not connecting with jaf or ufs.how to resolve this issue.

kindly inform the solution for the problem.an early reply is highly appriciated.

reinstall your JAF & UFS BOX driver.
