Not get SL3 Credit .................. Team Pls Check

Today i active a new Green MX KEY , After activation when i check Credit seen SL3 credit showing 0

Here is my detail

MXKEY Serial: C083AD68
[CR1] DCT4PLUS remaining credit: 100
[CR2] BB5 remaining credit: 100
[CR3] SL3 remaining credit: 0

This MXKEY serial number is from OLD stock.
Before you buy you have to ask reseller if is full activated SL3 or not.
I offer already to all main distributors to activate old stock.
So, contact your distributor and ask him.

Ya i do that mistake .. i think new activation means new offer ( this is logic ) But logic not works in mx key

Now i will contact to reseller as Manole reply , But you dont do that mistake
